What Surgehire is hiring for:

  • Surgehire is hiring Floorhands Motorhands Derrickhands Drillers in Williston North Dakota Right now. 
  • Need Full staff for each: (100 plus openings) 10 new rigs coming online.
  • Pay: ($27-$39/hr)
  • Housing Provided PLUS $55/day Per Diem
  • 14 days on 14 days off rotation *80-100hrs a week.
  • Interviews: Weekly in person Williston with immediate starts on Thursdays.
  • Possible phone interviews for people with experience.
  • Floor Hands are Entry Level
  • Minimum Requirements: US Citizen or Legal Right to work without sponsorship
  • Clean Background, Urine Drug Test, and some prior oilfield experience i.e Frac, cement, coil, drilling, etc.
